Management Education
That Gets Work Done
Short, structured programmes for managers, analysts and business owners who need sharper skills — not a full semester.
Three Programmes, One Clear Purpose
Each programme addresses a specific gap in how work gets done. Pick the one that matches where you are right now.
Business Communication Intensive
Writing and speaking skills built around real work output — structured documents, clear updates, focused presentations and meetings that end with decisions recorded.
- 8 sessions with live drafting
- 4 written submissions with feedback
- Template library included
- Recorded practice presentation
Process and Operations Track
A structured track for people who manage how work flows. Covers process mapping, bottleneck identification, standard work, quality approaches and running an improvement cycle in a working environment.

- Real workplace project
Owner-Manager Programme
A part-time programme for people who own and run a business simultaneously. Content spans strategy under resource limits, operations, finance literacy, hiring, delegation and preparing an organisation to operate independently.

Built Around How People Actually Work
Fits a Working Week
All programmes are designed around a realistic weekly commitment. No full-time study required — participants remain in their roles throughout.
Practical, Not Theoretical
Sessions use real documents, real processes and real business challenges. What you work on is directly connected to what you go back to the next morning.
Small Group Sessions
Cohort sizes are kept small. Faculty time is not diluted across hundreds of participants — discussion is substantive and feedback is direct.
Based in George Town
In-person sessions are held at our Lebuh Farquhar premises in the heart of George Town, with online clinics reducing travel time for working professionals.
Detailed Written Feedback
Every submission receives written comments, not just a mark. Participants leave with a clear record of what they improved and where to keep working.
Peer Learning Included
The Owner-Manager Programme structures peer exchange deliberately. Participants work through their own business challenges with others at a similar stage.

Common Questions
Who are these programmes for?

The Communication Intensive requires five hours a week across four weeks. The Operations Track requires seven hours a week across eleven weeks. The Owner-Manager Programme involves fortnightly full-day sessions plus a weekly one-hour online clinic.
Are sessions in-person or online?
In-person sessions are held at our Lebuh Farquhar premises in George Town, Penang. Clinics and peer sessions for the Operations Track and Owner-Manager Programme are conducted online, reducing travel for working participants.
What are the programme fees?
The Communication Intensive is RM 470. The Process and Operations Track is RM 1,540. The Owner-Manager Programme is RM 4,280. All fees cover materials, sessions and support as listed in each programme description. Please enquire about payment arrangements if needed.
How do I apply or enrol?
Send an enquiry using the contact form below or call us directly. We will share the current schedule, intake dates and enrolment steps. There is no online application form — we prefer a short conversation to make sure the programme is a sensible fit before anyone commits.
Does completing a programme lead to a qualification?
The programmes provide a completion record, not a regulated academic qualification. Copperdesk is a general management education provider. Teaching is practical and educational in nature and does not extend to professional advice on any specific business, legal or financial matter.
