Intake and Orientation
Every programme begins with an orientation session that clarifies what will be covered, how sessions run and what the submission process looks like. Participants join with a clear picture of the commitment ahead.
Sessions and Submissions
Each programme runs on a fixed schedule. Sessions build on each other. Submissions are spaced to allow work to be applied between sessions — not all clustered at the end of a term.
Feedback and Completion
Every submission receives written comments. At programme end, participants receive a completion record and retain all materials. For the Owner-Manager Programme, the final written assessment stands as a document they can use.
Business Communication Intensive
A four-week intensive on writing and speaking that gets work done. The focus is structure: writing a document so the conclusion arrives first, producing an update nobody has to reread, preparing slides that support an argument rather than replace it, chairing a meeting that ends on time with decisions recorded, and handling questions under pressure. Every session includes live drafting and critique. Suitable for managers, analysts and founders at any stage.
What is included
- Eight sessions with live drafting and in-session critique
- Four written submissions with detailed faculty feedback
- Template library covering document types in the programme
- Recorded practice presentation with written review notes
- Completion record on finishing the programme
Managers and analysts who need to improve how they write reports, briefs and meeting outputs. Also suitable for founders who handle external communication and want to work on clarity and structure.
Team leaders and department heads responsible for how work flows — in operations, production, customer service, logistics or any function where the sequence of tasks and handoffs matters. Participants must have a real process they can work on during the track.
Process and Operations Track
An eleven-week track for people responsible for how work actually flows. Modules cover process mapping and measurement, identifying bottlenecks, queueing intuition without heavy mathematics, standard work and documentation, quality approaches, supplier and service level basics, and running an improvement cycle that survives contact with a busy week. Participants map and improve one real process in their own workplace across the track.
What is included
- Twenty-two sessions across eleven weeks
- Full process mapping toolkit retained after the track
- Three reviewed submissions with written faculty feedback
- Fortnightly online clinic with faculty
- Peer group and written summary of improvement project
Owner-Manager Programme
A seven-month part-time programme for people who own and run a business at the same time. Content spans strategy under resource constraints, operational discipline, finance literacy for owners, hiring the first layer of management, delegation and letting go, marketing fundamentals, and preparing an organisation to run without its founder present every day. Sessions are small and discussion-heavy, with participants working on their own business throughout. Teaching is general management education and does not extend to advice on any participant's specific commercial or money decisions.
What is included
- Fortnightly full-day in-person sessions
- Weekly one-hour online clinics
- A dedicated adviser across the seven months
- A peer board of six business owners with structured format
- Full workbook set and written final assessment
Business owners who are running day-to-day operations themselves and are starting to think about building structure, hiring management or preparing the organisation to operate without their constant presence. Most participants have a team of at least three people already.
Which Programme Fits Where You Are?
The programmes are sequential in scope but not in prerequisite — you do not need to complete one to join another. The question is which gap is most pressing right now.

Shared Across All Three Programmes
Practitioner Faculty
All teaching is delivered by faculty with direct professional experience in the subject they teach — not generalist trainers adapting a generic curriculum.
Participant Privacy
Information shared in sessions and submissions is held in confidence by faculty. Participant data is not used for any purpose outside programme administration.
Post-Cohort Content Review
Each cohort is reviewed against participant feedback before the next intake runs. Sessions that draw consistent questions or low engagement are revised rather than repeated.
Defined Teaching Scope
Teaching covers general management education only. Faculty are clear about this boundary in sessions and do not provide advice on specific commercial, financial or legal matters.
Published Schedule
Session dates and submission deadlines are shared with participants at orientation. The schedule does not change during a cohort run without direct communication to participants.
Enquiry Response Standard
Enquiries received by phone or email are answered within one working day. We prefer a short conversation before any participant commits to a programme fee.
